I am in charge of business development for Praxis, where we build the network of professionals and intellectuals for the newest generation of deschooled, entrepreneurial leaders. While I spend my time in a variety of roles, my primary responsibilities involve finding new companies to host our participants and on-boarding them. This is largely a startup and SMB sales position.
Between placing our incoming participants and doing my traditional duties of maintaining standing relationships and developing new ones, I get very busy in the summer and am looking to bring on a part-time intern to help me prospect new companies.
The position is unpaid, but provides a great learning opportunity and successful candidates will also have the opportunity to engage more deeply and continue their involvement.
