My defense and own account of a restitution-based system of justice is now available from the Undergraduate Times. The system I develop, which I call “robust restitution,” is one which combines the components of traditional restitution with an incentive-driven system of evolutionary law, inspired and influenced by Barnett, Hasnas, and Hayek.
